Creative Concept & Vision
Narrative development, theme design, spatial planning — built around your brand and your audience.
From executive conferences to brand activations — we handle concept, production, and on-site execution for Jupiter's most demanding corporate clients.
The best Jupiter event spaces are private — waterfront estates, yacht clubs, exclusive resorts. Each has unique restrictions, no standard vendor list, and often no event manager on site. You're building production from scratch every time.
November through April, the best vendors in Jupiter are booked by Palm Beach clients who planned 12 months ahead. Last-minute events get fourth-choice caterers.
Wind, tides, marine life (noise restrictions during turtle nesting season), dock access — waterfront events require specialized production knowledge that most out-of-town companies don't have.
Jupiter's best venues are outdoor or indoor-outdoor. When weather hits, there's often no plan B space. We design events around this from the start.
Narrative development, theme design, spatial planning — built around your brand and your audience.
AV, lighting, catering, entertainment, security — one point of contact for every vendor relationship.
English/Spanish run-of-show, bilingual MC coordination, dual-language signage and materials from day one — not translated after the fact.
Full AV Events crew on the day. One director in your ear. Real-time decisions, zero firefighting on your end.
Experiential touchpoints, brand moments, attendee journey mapping — activations built to be remembered and shared.
Stage design, speaker prep, breakout coordination, multi-day logistics — the full picture, not just the main stage.
A Jupiter-based hedge fund needed a 90-person investor dinner at a private waterfront estate. 4 weeks lead time, October (start of season). The estate had no event infrastructure — no kitchen, no AV, no lighting. AV Events designed an intimate seated dinner on the lawn with tenting (wind-rated, anchored for waterfront conditions), brought in a mobile kitchen for the caterer, built AV from zero, and managed every permit and vendor contract. The fund's managing partner said it was 'the best event we've done in 10 years' and moved their entire annual event calendar to AV Events.
From Harbourside Place to private estates on the Loxahatchee — water is the defining element of Jupiter events. We design around tides, wind, sunset timing, and the specific challenges of waterfront production.
Jupiter's event market is driven by professional athletes' foundations, wealth management firms serving UHNW clients, and the institutional money that follows the PGA National ecosystem.
Jupiter clients don't want to look like they spent money — they want to look like they have taste. The production brief is always 'elegant, not extravagant.' We speak that language.
Jupiter's central waterfront development offers multiple venue footprints. We know the event teams, the sound ordinances, the dock access, and what works in each space.
Jupiter follows Palm Beach's seasonal calendar but with a more relaxed pace. Events concentrate October–May with lighter summer demand. Planning around seasonal availability is critical.
Jupiter events rarely exceed 300 guests. The market is about precision, not scale. Private dinners for 40, galas for 200, waterfront receptions for 150 — that's the sweet spot.
Every AV Events production has a single point of accountability. One person who owns the vision, manages the vendors, and is in your ear on event day. Not a rotating cast of account managers.
Concept and creative direction stay in-house. We're not a booking agency that outsources the thinking. The vision we present in our proposal is the vision we execute.
Spanish language capability isn't a premium tier or a line item. It's how we build every Miami production. If you need it, it's already there.
We only take on projects we can execute at the level we hold ourselves to. If the timeline is impossible or the budget doesn't match the vision, we'll tell you before we take your deposit.
Brief + scope call. We come prepared with questions, not a sales pitch.
Concept presentation + initial vendor roster. You see the vision before we spend anything.
Production plan locked. Vendor deposits issued. Run-of-show first draft.
Rehearsals, site visits, crew briefings. No surprises on event day.
Full AV Events team on-site. One director in your ear. We handle everything.
