Vehicle Reveal Production
Lighting, staging, sound design, and reveal sequence — a vehicle reveal built as a theatrical moment, not a logistics task.
Vehicle reveals, Cars & Coffee, charity car events, and F1 weekend activations — produced for Miami's most passionate automotive community. Outdoor logistics, crowd flow, and production that matches the cars.
Miami's weather is gorgeous until it isn't. An August car event without a heat mitigation plan becomes miserable in 90 minutes. An outdoor event without a rain contingency gets cancelled at noon. We build weather planning into every outdoor production from day one.
A vehicle reveal is a theatrical moment — lighting, timing, sound, and audience positioning all have to hit simultaneously. Most event companies treat it as a logistics task. We treat it as a production sequence with a beginning, a build, and a payoff.
Miami's car community is passionate, and large automotive events attract large crowds fast. Without a crowd flow plan, media access zones, and clear perimeter management, the event becomes a liability instead of an experience.
Static cars in a parking lot. No narrative, no journey, no reason to stay for more than 20 minutes. Miami's automotive audience has seen every generic format — they come back for events that create a real experience around the vehicles, not just a display.
Lighting, staging, sound design, and reveal sequence — a vehicle reveal built as a theatrical moment, not a logistics task.
Heat mitigation, rain contingency, crowd flow planning, traffic management, and generator coordination for Miami's outdoor venue challenges.
Curated VIP zones, private vehicle access, concierge-level hospitality for luxury automotive clients and high-net-worth guests.
Brand-environment integration, interactive touchpoints, and experiential moments that connect the vehicle to the buyer emotionally.
F1 Miami GP hospitality events, brand activations, and private gatherings during race weekend — one of Miami's most in-demand production windows.
Full Cars & Coffee event design — vehicle staging, crowd management, entertainment, vendor coordination, and media access for Miami's automotive community.
An automotive charity event bringing together 200 exotic vehicles and 1,200 guests across a full Sunday morning. AV Events coordinated vehicle staging by category, crowd flow through the venue, dedicated media access zones for content creators and press, and live entertainment across three areas of the grounds. We built the full production schedule — vehicle arrival windows, crew positioning, entertainment timing, and charity program. The event raised $85,000 for its partner charity and generated over 4M social media impressions in the 48 hours following the event.
The Miami Grand Prix has become the single largest platform for automotive brand activations and private events in Florida. We've operated in this ecosystem and know exactly what it takes to produce events during race week.
Miami's Cars & Coffee scene is one of the most active in the country. We know the venues, the community dynamics, and how to create an event that automotive enthusiasts actually want to return to.
Miami's luxury automotive buyers include a significant Latin American population — a market that responds to bilingual experiences, Latin American brand ambassadors, and cultural touchpoints that generic activations miss entirely.
Miami has one of the highest concentrations of exotic vehicles in the US. Events here attract vehicles — and attendees — that simply aren't accessible in other markets. We have relationships throughout Miami's exotic car community.
Miami supports outdoor automotive events year-round — with contingency planning built in. We know when to schedule around peak heat, how to handle afternoon rain, and which venues offer the right combination of outdoor atmosphere and weather protection.
Miami's automotive content creator community is large, active, and connected. We design media access into every automotive event — the right zones, the right lighting, and the right moments for content that spreads.
We don't plan outdoor automotive events without a weather contingency. Tent options, indoor backup venues, modified programming, early-morning scheduling — we present options before you need them.
We design reveal sequences the same way a theater production designs a curtain call — with lighting, timing, sound, and audience positioning all coordinated to create a single, memorable moment.
We're not a generic events company that produces car shows as a side category. Miami's automotive community is our community — we know what enthusiasts respond to and what they see through immediately.
We've produced automotive charity events that raised significant funds while also delivering a premium guest experience. Fundraising mechanics and event quality don't have to be in tension — we know how to run both simultaneously.
